Baghlan Province, Afghanistan (Dec. 26, 2010) – Commander, ISAF Regional Command North, Major General Hans-Werner Fritz (right) surveys the terrain surrounding an outpost in Baghlan Province from Pauli Bridge. The bridge is named for a German soldier who was killed in combat at the outpost in October of 2010.
